PostHeaderIcon Should Capacitor banks be added while running Diesel Generator?

The reactive current of these capacitor banks will add up in the total output of the DG set. If induction load-heating coils etc are used then, adding capacitor bank is essential. If so how much the DG should be de-rated?

NOT needed.
The excitation takes care of the reactive power needed.
But if proper regulation is to be maintained capacitor bank maybe used at the terminals of the load connected.

PostHeaderIcon have a diesel generator that as soon as its put on load the voltage drops by 15 volts how can I cure this?

The generator runs a 2.5 kva inverter/charger and as soon as it starts the inverter the inverter drops out because of the voltage drop on the generator, how can I cure this problem.

In your system you have a regulator, this part is malfunctioning. The regulator, regulates the amount of voltege the generator is putting out, and if is not allowing the volts that are being produce by the generator to be released, there will always be a constant drain on the system
