is it a bad idea to store Diesel fuel in a can that formerly held gasoline?
I have two steel “jerry” cans that i used to carry gasoline in, now I want to store diesel fuel for an emergency generator in them. after I empty them will residual gasoline contaminate the diesel beyond usefulness?
Gasoline cans are Red, if you store Diesel they should be Yellow and labeled #2 Diesel. And as long as they are empty of gasoline they will be fine.

Für diese Serie Generatoren aus China kannst du nur über den Generalimporteur Ersatzteile bekommen. Denn soviel wie ich weiß gibts die garnicht mehr zu Kaufen, schon gar nicht als Diesel.

Are there any generators that can run non stop? I heard diesel generators are good where can I find one?
I need something with a decent size fuel tank that I can use without having to shut it off.
There are generators that can run on LP or Natural Gas. If you hook them up to a continuous supply, you will never need to shut it off.
