    Since it is stationary, ALL cooling radiators have to be clean of debris.
    Check for proper flow in the oil cooler and coolant system.
    Most systems have a cold start oil cooler bypass that can freeze up and shut off oil flow through the cooler…

    poor oil circulation to cooler
    blocked/plugged oil cooler
    high cooling water (engine) temperature
